Nomi Green's goal in making jewelry is to inspire people to stay human in an increasingly technological world. Her work has won many awards and numerous earned tributes. She hopes to enhance your experience of living creative, generous, and playful lives. Perhaps her jewelry will be the talisman you have been searching for to inspire you.

 

At age 14, Nomi was approached by a teacher to buy a painting in a school art show. The teacher offered her $20 (which was an enormous sum back then). She has been creatively making things and a living ever since. She came to Santa Fe in 1983 for the summer to share an outdoor studio with a friend in the mountains, and never left. She continues to live happily in Santa Fe with her family.

 

Each piece Nomi makes is hand fabricated using a variety of jewelry making processes. She makes a mold and casts an edition of each design to keep the prices affordable. Each piece is then lovingly hand finished. She uses environmentally safe polishing compounds and cleaners.

 

All Nomi's pieces are made of certified recycled sterling silver.
