Payment Options

SunstoneGallery.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express through PayPal. All of these are processed through PayPal's secure site under the name Sunstone Art2Wear, LLC. Users are not required to set up an account with PayPal and there is no cost to use PayPal. SSL encryption is used to protect your name, address and credit card information. We are 100% confident in the security of your purchase but if you would prefer to mail in your payment, we will gladly accept cashiers checks. (Please note: Items will not be shipped until we have received the cashiers check and it has cleared our account.)

Sales Tax

Sales tax does not apply for any order with a U.S. shipping address in any state except Texas. 8.25% sales tax applies to all 'Lone Star State' shipping addresses.

Shipping Information

SunstoneGallery.com fulfills orders for which the shipping address is within the United States. After confirmed funds have arrived, orders are shipping using UPS, USPS or Federal Express with delivery confirmation. Most items are shipped within two (2) business days of confirmed payment but may take up to seven (7) days in some cases. Orders may be processed on weekends, but are not processed on holidays.

Estimated time for delivery is 3-7 business days, unless an express shipping method is selected, for which additional charges will apply.� SunstoneGallery.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse. Customers may choose to add signature confirmation to the selected shipping method for a small additional fee.

Return Policy & 30-Day Guarantee

SunstoneGallery.com offers a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within this time period, we will issue a refund through PayPal for the purchase amount once the unused, undamaged merchandise has been returned to us. We do not accept returns after this time period.

Exceptions: All holiday related items must be returned within 10 (ten) days of receipt in order to receive a refund or store credit.

Please follow these steps to return an item:

1. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain an RMA number - just use the Contact form on this web site.

2. Re-pack the gift in its original packaging, with the packing slip (if possible). Please be careful to pack the item securely, as you will be liable for any damages found to be related to poor packaging.

3. Mail the unused item to us. It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable (UPS, FedEx or USPS with Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. (However, if you return an item because it is defective, we will refund shipping fees.)
